Gmail ရဲ့ လူေတာင္းဆိုခံရမွု အမ်ားဆုံး ျဖစ္တဲ့ Offline Support ေခၚတဲ့ Feature အသစ္ ထြက္ရွိလာပါတယ္။ လတ္တေလာ စမ္းသပ္ သုံးစြဲနိုင္ေသာ အဆင့္ (LabVersion) ျဖစ္ၿပီး မၾကာခင္မွာ အျပည့္အစုံ အသုံးခ်နိုင္တဲ့ အဆင့္ (Full Version) ျဖစ္ေအာင္ တိုးတက္မြမ္းမံ ထုတ္လုပ္သြားမယ္လို႔ Google Officiail Blog ရဲ့ ေၾကညာခ်က္အရ သိရွိရပါတယ္။

လူသုံးမ်ား၊ လူႀကိဳက္မ်ားလွတဲ့ Google ရဲ့ဝန္ေဆာင္မွု တစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ Gmail Services ကို ဒီ Offline Support စနစ္ အသုံးျပဳၿပီး ဝင္းဒိုးစ္ စနစ္မွာပါတဲ့ Microsoft Outlook Email လိုပဲ အင္တာနက္ ကြန္နက္ရွင္ မရွိေပမယ့္လည္း မိမိ အီးေမးလ္ေတြကို ဖတ္ရွုနိုင္ျခင္း၊ အီးေမးလ္ အသစ္ဖန္တီးနိုင္ျခင္းႏွင့္ မိမိ အီးေမးလ္မ်ား အားလုံးကို မိမိ ကြန္ျပဴတာ စနစ္ အတြင္း သိမ္းဆည္းထားနိုင္ျခင္း စတာေတြကို လုပ္ေဆာင္ နိုင္ပါလိမ့္မယ္။

ယခင္ကေတာ့ မိမိ ရဲ့ Gmail Account အတြင္းမွာ ရွိတဲ့ ဝင္စာ၊ ထြက္စာ ႏွင့္ တကြ အားလုံးေသာ Attachments File မ်ား စတာေတြ အားလုံးကို Google Webserver ေတြေပၚမွာပဲ သိမ္းဆည္းထာခဲ့တာ ျဖစ္ၿပီး ယခု Gmail Offline Support စနစ္ကို မိမိ ရဲ့ Account တစ္ခု အတြင္းမွာ အသုံးျပဳမယ္ ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ထို Email Account အတြင္းကို အီးေမးလ္ တစ္ေစာင္ ဝင္တိုင္း၊ ထြက္တိုင္း၊ ဖ်က္သိမ္းတိုင္း မွာ မိမိစက္ထဲမွာ ရွိတဲ့ အီးေမးလ္ ဆာဗာနဲ႔ အခ်ိန္ကိုက္ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ၿပီး တစ္ခ်ိန္တည္းမွာပဲ အေရအတြက္ တိုးျခင္း၊ ေလ်ာ့ခ်ျခင္း စတာေတြကို Synchronize လုပ္ေပးသြား႐ုံမၽွ မက မိမိရဲ့ အီးေမးလ္ အားလုံးတို႔နဲ႔ တစ္ကြ Attachment ဖိုင္မ်ားအားလုံး တို႔ကိုလည္း မိမိ စက္အတြင္းမွာ ေဒါင္းလုဒ္လုပ္ လုံလုံျခဳံျခဳံ သိမ္းဆည္း ထားနိုင္ပါၿပီ။ ေနာက္ အေၾကာင္းေၾကာင္းေၾကာင့္ မိမိ မိမိကြန္ျပဴတာမွာ အင္တာနက္ ကြန္နက္ရွင္ မရွိတုန္း ေရးထားတဲ့ အီးေမးလ္ အသစ္ေတြကိုလည္း သိမ္းဆည္းထားနိုင္ၿပီး အင္တာနက္ ကြန္နက္ရွင္ ရွိတာနဲ႔ တစ္ၿပိဳင္နက္ မိမိ ေပးပို႔လိုတဲ့ သူဆီ အေရာက္ ပို႔ေပး နိုင္ဦးမွာပါ။

ဒီ Gmail Offline Support စနစ္က တစ္ကယ္ေတာ့ Browser Base Web Application ေတြကို အဓိက ပစ္မွတ္ထား ထုတ္လုပ္ ခဲ့တဲ့ Google ရဲ့ Opensource Software တစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ Google Gear ကို အသုံးျပဳ ဖန္တီးထားတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Web Base Application ေတြ အတြက္ Common Files ေတြကို အလိုအေလ်ာက္ ေဒါင္းလုဒ္ခ်ၿပီး Browser Base Local Server ကေန တစ္ဆင့္ မိမိ ကြန္ျပဴတာ အတြင္းမွာ သိမ္းဆည္း ထားနိုင္ေစတဲ့ ဒီ Google Gear ကို WordPress ကဲ့ သို႔ေသာ ႀကီးက်ယ္ ထင္ရွားတဲ့ Blogging Platform Software ေတြမွာလည္း အသုံးျပဳၾကပါတယ္။

လက္ရွိ Gmail ရဲ့ Offline Support စနစ္ ကို မိမိ Email Account မွာ တပ္ဆင္ အသုံးျပဳဖို႔ အတြက္ ေအာက္ပါ အဆင့္မ်ား အတိုင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္နိုင္ပါတယ္။

Offline Support စနစ္ အသုံးျပဳလိုတဲ့ Gmail Account အတြင္းကို ဝင္ပါ။ မိမိ အေကာင့္ထ္ အတြင္းကို ေရာက္တာနဲ႔ Gmail ရဲ့ညာဘက္ အေပၚေထာင့္မွာ ရွိတဲ့ “Setting ” ဆိုသည္ကို ကလစ္ပါ။ “Setting” ေအာက္မွာ ပါတဲ့ Tab မ်ားထဲမွ “Lab” ဆိုေသာ Tab ကို ဆက္ ကလစ္ပါ။ ေအာက္ပါ ပုံစံ အတိုင္း ျဖစ္ပါလိမ့္မယ္။

ဒုတိယ အဆင့္ အေနနဲ႔ Lab Tab ေအာက္မွာ ေအာက္ပါ အတိုင္း Lab Features ေတြမ်ားစြာ ရွိတဲ့ အနက္မွ အေပၚဆုံးမွာ ရွိတဲ့ Offline ဆိုတဲ့ Feature ေဘးမွ Enable ဆိုတဲ့ Radio icon ကို ဆက္ ကလစ္ရပါမယ္။ ကလစ္ၿပီးတာနဲ႔ ဝဘ္ေပ့ခ်္ ေအာက္ဆုံးကို Scroll Down ဆြဲဆင္းၿပီး “Save Changes” ဆိုတာကို ကလစ္လုပ္ပါ။

Shortcut Icon ကို မိမိ ကြန္ျပဴတာ အတြင္း ဖန္တီးေပးေစလိုတဲ့ ေနရာေတြကို သတ္မွတ္ခဲ့ပါမယ္။ အေပၚမွာေတာ့ ဥပမာ အေနနဲ႔ ေနရာ (၂) ခုကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ သတ္မွတ္ထားပါတယ္။ ၿပီးတာနဲ႔ “OK” ကို ဆက္ ကလစ္ပါမယ္။ OK ကို ကလစ္ၿပီးတဲ့ အခ်ိန္မွာ မိမိ Gmail Interface အတြင္း ညာဘက္ အေပၚေထာင့္မွာ ေအာက္ပါ အတိုင္း PopUp Windows တစ္ခုတက္လာၿပီး Google Server ေတြ ေပၚမွာ ရွိေနတဲ့ သုံးႏွစ္ေအာက္ သက္တမ္း ရွိတဲ့ မိမိရဲ့ အီးေမးလ္မွန္သမၽွႏွင့္ (Spam ႏွင့္ Trash Folder အတြင္းရွိ ေမးလ္မ်ား မပါ)၊ Attachment File မ်ားအားလုံးကိုပါ မိမိ စက္ အတြင္းကို Download ခ် သိမ္းဆည္းေပးမွာ ျဖစ္ၿပီး Progress သတင္းပို႔ခ်က္ ဝင္းဒိုးစ္ တစ္ခုကိုလည္း တစ္ပါတည္း ေတြ႕ရွိရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

မိမိရဲ့ Inbox အတြင္းမွာ ရွိေနတဲ့ အီးေမးလ္မ်ားရဲ့ ပမာဏ၊ မိမိအသုံးျပဳေနတဲ့ အင္တာနက္ ကြန္နက္ရွင္ စတာေတြကို မွီတည္ၿပီး မိမိ စက္အတြင္းကို Google Offline Support မွ အီးေမးလ္မ်ား အားလုံး ေဒါင္းလုဒ္ လုပ္ၿပီးတာနဲ႔ “Setting” Tab ေအာက္မွာ ရွိတဲ့ “Offline” ဆိုတာကို ကလစ္ၿပီး “Offline Support” အတြက္ အစီအစဥ္ ေတြကို မိမိ စိတ္ႀကိဳက္ ေျပာင္းလဲ သတ္မွတ္နိုင္ပါတယ္။ Offline Support ကို ျပန္ ပိတ္ထားခ်င္ပါက “Disable” ဆိုတာကို ကလစ္ၿပီး “Save Changes” လုပ္လို႔ ရသလို “Shortcut Icons” ေတြနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္လို႔လည္း မိမိ စိတ္ႀကိဳက္ ျပင္ဆင္ေျပာင္းလဲ နိုင္တာကို ေအာက္ပါ အတိုင္း ေတြ႕ရွိရမွာပါ။

သတိျပဳရန္

အထက္ပါ “Gmail Offline Support” Feature ကို အသုံးျပဳမယ့္သူမ်ား အေနနဲ႔ ေအာက္ပါ အခ်က္မ်ားကို မွတ္သားထားသင့္ပါတယ္။

(၁) အထက္ပါ Offline Support Feature ဟာဆိုရင္ Google ရဲ့လက္ရွိ စမ္းသပ္သုံးစြဲ နိုင္ေသာ ဗားရွင္း (Lab or Beta Version) အဆင့္မၽွသာ ျဖစ္ေသးတဲ့ အတြက္ အသုံးျပဳေနရင္း ပုံမွန္မဟုတ္တဲ့ ထူးျခားမွု တစ္ခုခု ေတြ႕ခဲ့မယ္ ဆိုရင္လည္း အထူးတစ္လည္ ဘာမွ ေတြးေတာေနစရာ လိုအပ္မွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ဒီ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္ အသစ္နဲ႔ ပတ္သက္လို႔ အဆင္မေျပမွု၊ အဆင္ေျပမွု အားလုံး အတြက္ Google ထံကို စာေရးသားေပးပို႔ နိုင္ပါတယ္။

(၂) Offline Support ဟာ မိမိ Enable လုပ္ထားတဲ့ Email Account တစ္ခု အတြက္ ႏွင့္ ၎ Feature ကို Enable လုပ္စဥ္ အသုံးျပဳတဲ့ ကြန္ျပဴတာ တစ္လုံး အတြင္းမွာ သာ အသုံးျပဳနိုင္မွာ ျဖစ္ၿပီး အျခား မိမိရဲ့ Offline Support လုပ္မထားတဲ့ အီးေမးလ္ လိပ္စာမ်ား ႏွင့္ အျခား ကြန္ျပဴတာမ်ားကေန အသုံးျပဳမွု အတြက္ လုံးဝ အက်ိဳးသက္ေရာက္မွု ရွိမွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။

HTML ေတာ့ နဲနဲ သိဖို႔လိုတယ္။ ေအာက္က ကုဒ္မွာ ျပထားသလို ပံုမွန္ HTML Image Tag ေလးနဲ႔ လိုခ်င္တဲ့ ပံုရွိရာ လမ္းေၾကာင္းထဲ့၊ ေရးခ်င္တဲ့ စာေရး၊ ျပီးရင္ Gamil က စာေရးတဲ့ Text Editor မွာ ကူးထည့္လိုက္ယံုပါဘဲ။ တစ္ခု ေသျခာေအာင္ စစ္ရမွာက Gmail က Text Editor မွာ Rich Formatting>> ျဖစ္ေနရမယ္၊ Rich Formatting>> ျဖစ္ေန မေနက Text Editor ရဲ႕ Formatting Tool Bar ေလးမွာ ဘယ္အစြန္ဆံုးမွာ <

G-mailမွာသံုးစရာအျပည့္နဲ့ဂရုလည္းစိုက္

အင္တာနက္ ကြန္နက္ရွင္ မရွိတဲ့ေဒသ ေတြဆီသြားမယ္ဆို စသြားမယ့္ရက္ နဲ႔ ျပန္ေရာက္မယ့္ရက္ ေရြးေပးၿပီး ေျပာျပေစလိုတဲ့ စာသားျဖည္႕ထားရင္ သတ္မွတ္ရက္ အတြင္းမွာ Gmail က အ၀င္စာေတြကို စာျပန္ေပးေနပါလိမ့္မယ္။

မူရင္း ဂ်ီေမးလ္ မွာ labs icon သို႔ setting \labs \Holiday Time! မွာ enable လုပ္ၿပီး setting save လုပ္ေပးလိုက္ပါ။ Standard version သံုးေနမွ ေတြ႕ရပါမယ္။
ေနာက္တစ္ဆင့္မွာ setting \general \Out of Office AutoReply သြားၿပီး on mode ကို ေရြးရပါတယ္။ ရက္စြဲ၊ေခါင္းစဥ္၊အေၾကာင္းအရာ ေတြ စိတ္ႀကိဳက္ ခ်ိန္ညွိၿပီး contacts က ေမးလ္ဘဲ ျပန္ေစမလား အ၀င္စာ အားလံုး ျပန္ေစမလား ဆံုးျဖတ္ၿပီးရင္ ခရီးထြက္ႏိုင္ပါၿပီ။

ခရီးက ျပန္ေရာက္လာရင္ အရင္ဆံုး မိမိ ေမးလ္ကို ဘယ္သူ ဟက္ထားေသးလည္း စစ္ၾကည္႕လိုက္ပါဦး။
Mail login ၀င္ၿပီး Browser ေအာက္နားက Last account activity မွာ detail ကိုႏိွပ္ၿပီး မိမိမဟုတ္တဲ့ IP မသံုးတဲ့ access နည္းလမ္းေတြနဲ႔ ဘယ္အခ်ိန္က ၀င္ထားလည္း ၾကည္႕ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ထူးျခားခ်က္ေတြ႕ရင္ sign out all other session ကိုႏိွပ္လိုက္ပါ။ စိတ္မခ်ရေသးရင္ learnmore ကိုႏွိပ္ၿပီး ေျပာင္းလို႔ရတဲ့ security setting အကုန္ေျပာင္း ဂူဂယ္ကိုပါတိုင္ေပါ့။ ေျပာမယ့္သာေျပာရတယ္ ဒီလိုမျဖစ္ေစခ်င္ပါဘူး လံုၿခံဳေရး အရ မသိထားသူ သိရေအာင္လို႔ပါ။ Gmail ဟာ လံုၿခံဳမႈအရွိဆံုး နဲ႔ အေကာင္းဆံုး free service ပါ။ ယံုၾကည္စိတ္ခ် ခရီးသြားလို႔ ရပါတယ္ :-)

ကဲ browser အၿမဲဖြင္႔ထားတဲ႔ Blogger မ်ားအတြက္ပါ ခင္ဗ်ာ ...။ က်ေနာ္ကေတာ႔ ဒီေကာင္ကို အရင္ notification ထက္ပိုႀကိဳက္ပါတယ္ .. ။ အဲလိုေျပာလို႔ ဟိုေကာင္ကို မသံုးပဲ မေနပါနဲ႔ေနာ္ .. ။ ႏွစ္ခုလံုးသံုး ။ :P Mozila Firefox ေလးမွာ ေအာက္က ေပးထားတဲ႔ Add on ေလးကို Install လုပ္လိုက္ပါ .. ။ ဘာလို႔ ဒါကို ပိုႀကိဳက္လဲ ဆိုေတာ႔ nick ေတြ အမ်ားႀကီး တစ္ၿပိဳင္ထဲ ျမင္ရတဲ႔ အျပင္ မိမိႀကိဳက္တဲ႔ အသံေလးကို mail arrive sound အျဖစ္ထားလို႔ ရပါတယ္ .. ။ ဘယ္ေလာက္ အဆင္ေျပလဲ .. ။ (အားနည္းခ်က္ကေတာ႔ Fire Fox ဖြင္႔ထားမွပါ.. )

ကဲ စလိုက္ၾကမယ္ .. ။ ဒီမွာ ႏိုပ္ေတာ႔ဗ်ာ .. ။

Add on Install တို႕ထံုးစံ အရ Firefox ကို restart လုပ္ပါလိမ္႔မယ္ .. ။ ျပန္ေပၚလာတာနဲ႔ ေအာက္က status bar မွာ ဒါေလးျမင္ရမွာပါ ။




အရင္ တစ္ခုအတိုင္းပဲ Login User box ေပၚပါတယ္ .. ။ nick တစ္ခု ၀င္ထားလိုက္ပါ .. ။ ခုနက mail icon ေနရာေလးကို R-Click လုပ္ၿပီး Preferences ကို ႏိုပ္လုိက္ရင္ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္း ျမင္ရပါမယ္..။ က်ေနာ္ သံုးခုကို ေျပာျပပါ႔မယ္ .. ။ က်န္တာေတြက ဖတ္ၾကည္႔တာနဲ႔ သေဘာေပါက္မွာပါ .. ။



၁ ..။ က nick အမ်ားႀကီး check လို႔ရေအာင္ပါ .. ။ accounts ဆိုတဲ႔ ခလုပ္ေလးႏိုပ္လိုက္ရင္ ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္းျမင္ရပါမယ္ .. ။



အရင္ဆံုး ေပးထားတဲ႔ nick ကို ေတြ႕ရပါမယ္ .. ။ သူ႔ေဘးက Add ဆိုတာေလး ႏိုပ္လိုက္ပါ . ။ ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္း ျမင္ပါလိမ္႔မယ္ .. ။



အေပၚပံုကအတိုင္း nick နဲ႔ သူ႔ရဲ႕ password ေလးေတြ ျဖည္႔ေပးၿပီး save ကိုႏိုပ္ပါ .. ။ ဒီနည္းနဲ႔ပဲ nick ေတြ ႀကိဳက္သေလာက္ Add ထားလိုက္လို႔ ရပါတယ္ .. ။ ၿပီးရင္ေတာ႔ Ok ေပါ႔ .. ။

၂ ..။ ေမးလ္ အသစ္တစ္ေစာင္ ေရာက္လာၿပီ ဆိုတာနဲ႔ အသံနဲ႔ အခ်က္ေပးဖို႔ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ မိမိႏွစ္သက္ရာ ထားေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္ ..။ ( .wav ဖိုင္အမ်ိဳးအစား ျဖစ္ရပါမယ္ ) က်ေနာ္ကေတာ႔ window မွာ ပါၿပီးသား ဖုန္းေခၚသံေလး လိုခ်င္တဲ႔ အတြက္ Select ကို ႏိုပ္ၿပီး C:\\windows\media\ringin.wav ကို ေရြးေပးလိုက္ပါတယ္ .. ။



၃ ..။ ကေတာ႔ ဖတ္ၾကည္႔တာနဲ႔ သေဘာေပါက္ပါတယ္ .. ။ 10 မိနစ္ကို တစ္ႀကိမ္ ေမးလ္ ေရာက္မေရာက္ စစ္ေစမွာလား။ ဒီထက္ပို အေရးႀကီးတယ္ဆိုရင္ ေတာ႔ မိမိ လိုခ်င္သေလာက္ထားေပါ႔ .. ။ စမ္းၾကည္႔လိုက္တာနဲ႔ သေဘာေပါက္သြားမွာပါ .. ။

အဲဒါေတြ ျဖည္႔ၿပီးၿပီဆိုတာနဲ႔ status bar က mail icon ေလးကို R-Click လုပ္ၿပီး Accounts ဆိုတာေလး point လုပ္ၾကည္႔ပါ .။ ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္း မိမိ Add ထားတဲ႔ Nick ေတြရဲ႕ မဖတ္ရေသးတဲ႔ ေမးလ္ အေရအတြက္ ျပေနပါလိမ္႔မယ္ .. ။

အသံုး၀င္ ၿပီး ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္ၾကပါေစဗ်ာ .. ။
